The law sets conditions for the processing of personal data, with legality being a key principle. My Body Tuning processes personal data only if one of the legal grounds applies.

As a customer, we want to serve you well. Therefore, we process personal data such as your name, address details, email address, and phone number to contact you. We also use your phone number and/or email address to remind you of appointments and to ask you for a review after the appointment.

For orders in our webshop, we process your name and address details to deliver the products.

Additionally, My Body Tuning may collect, store, and use personal data for marketing purposes, such as using photos and/or video footage for online marketing.

Retention Period

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless retaining this data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, because we have a legitimate interest, or because we retain the data with your consent.
